Apex Legends, a popular multiplayer first-person shooter game, is coming to the Nintendo Switch, and the company plans to make the announcement today at 11:30 p.m. IST. EA (Electronic Arts), the game’s developer, has announced that players can participate in the Chaos Theory Collection event, which begins tonight, and that the game will be made available officially at the same time.
Players who switch to the Switch edition of Apex Legends before the end of Season 8 will obtain the Legendary P.A.T.H skin, according to the company. With the Switch edition of Apex, you’ll get at least 30 free levels from the Season 8 Fight Pass. From the launch date to the 23rd of March, players will gain double XP in the game.

The game will be free to download from the Nintendo eShop and will be about 25GB in size. Although the total game size is described as 25GB, the game’s eShop summary lists it as 30GB.
What about the game?
In docket mode, gamers will be able to play the 720p version of Apex Legend, which can be played in handheld mode at 576p resolution. The game will run at a frame rate of 30 frames per second(fps). In terms of updates and features, the company believes that the game would be on par with other versions of the game. This involves cross-platform multiplayer compatibility, which players can gain access to via their EA Origins accounts.
Apart from portable gaming consoles, rumors suggest that the company is working on a mobile version of Apex Legends, which will be released later this year. Reports have surfaced online that smartphones with beefier specifications will be needed to run the mobile version of the game.
